Bean - to - Cup
Experience the transformation of coffee from beans to brew in our interactive “Bean - to - Cup” session. Guided by our skillful Open Kitchen Barista, this hands-on workshop takes you through each step of coffee making process.
Coffee Tasting
At Coffee Tasting session, guest will have an opportunity to taste a variety of coffee beans at different roasting levels. Learn to identify the distinct profiles and aromas that each roast brings to the cup and enhance your appreciation for coffee’s diverse palette.
Green Roasting Insights
Discover the best practices that Hock Hoe Lee employs to ensure each cup is not only delicious but also responsibly made. Learn about the environmentally friendly techniques used to minimize the ecological footprint of their coffee production.
The workshop runs daily from 10:00 - 12:00 hrs. and 13:00 - 16:00 hrs. and last approximately 45 - 60 minutes per group.
